Policies and Communications
Overview
Welcome! This document outlines the policies for working with me, including scheduling, payment, and session expectations. These policies apply to all sessions and tiers, whether premium, mid-tier, or single/short sessions.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is required upfront to reserve your time.
Payment secures your scheduled sessions.
For monthly tiers, payment is non-refundable once the month begins.
For single sessions, payment confirms the booking and is non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours.
Prior to 24 hour notice sessions will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time.
We accept Venmo, Cash app, through Squarespace, or Paypal.
Session Types: Payment policies may vary depending on the type of session. Single or short sessions may have different requirements than longer or package sessions. Please confirm the applicable payment terms when booking.
3. Scheduling & Cancellation
Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times.
24-hour notice required for cancellations/rescheduling.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows count as a used session.
Grace exceptions for emergencies are considered case-by-case.
All payments are non-refundable. However, sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24-48 hours’ notice.
4. Communication
Contact me via agreed-upon channels (email, voice note, etc.) during business hours: 10am to 6pm
Responses are typically provided within 1-2 hours, (if in session response time may be longer).
Messages outside business hours may not be responded to immediately.
5. Duration & Renewal
Agreements cover one month (or single session) at a time.
Renewal or additional sessions are agreed upon before the next month/session begins.
6. Acceptance
By signing this document, you acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined above, including payment, scheduling, and communication terms.
